Admission Counsellor

About the Role

Hyrestack Business Consultants is looking for motivated Admission Counsellors to support sales efforts for colleges and universities in Noida, Sector 6. This position focuses on advising students, fostering trust, and converting inquiries into confirmed admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise students on college courses, career options, and university programs to help them make informed decisions.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and successfully close admissions.
• Follow up consistently with prospective students to facilitate a smooth enrollment process.
• Meet monthly sales targets and support overall team goals.
• Document student interactions accurately and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Confidence in engaging in sales dialogues and meeting targets.
• Clear and convincing presentation of academic programs.
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM software.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive monthly salary between ₹25,000 and ₹35,000.
