Job Overview
The Administrative Assistant role focuses on ensuring smooth daily office functions by managing administrative tasks, coordinating office facilities, overseeing support staff, and providing comprehensive support to executives and departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office administrative and operational processes.
- Lead and supervise reception, administration, and office support teams.
- Handle coordination of facility maintenance, housekeeping, and security services.
- Manage office inventory, supplies, and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Arrange meetings, travel plans, and organize corporate events.
- Provide administrative and executive assistance to senior management.
- Monitor and control office budget with approval of routine expenses.
- Maintain office policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and office access management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with local regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in office management.
- Proficient in MS Office suite applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and office facilities.
