Position Overview
We seek a meticulous Administrative Assistant to aid customer-oriented operations within a contract role based in Charlottesville, VA. This role centers on facilitating seamless onboarding experiences by managing communications with customers, tracking support activities, and organizing essential implementation duties. The ideal candidate exhibits strong administrative skills, confidence in customer engagement, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily administrative assistance to the customer success team, ensuring coordinated activities and thorough account management follow-ups.
- Engage customers via phone and email to support onboarding progress and maintain timely achievement of implementation milestones.
- Manage technical support cases by entering, submitting, and tracking resolution status, maintaining updated records.
- Collect and process system integration requests, monitor fulfillment, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Administer onboarding surveys and gather customer feedback to enhance implementation experience quality.
- Produce and examine product usage reports to help detect engagement trends and identify areas needing attention.
- Research and distribute instructional and product-related resources to support customers during implementation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company solutions and digital content to provide accurate support to customers and internal personnel.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum of two years in customer-facing positions such as customer success, account or sales support, customer service, or learning support.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Google Drive, Microsoft Office applications, and project management software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, discern trends, and facilitate decision-making processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities to establish trust and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Effective problem-solving aptitude and coordination skills to prioritize next steps across diverse tasks.
- Ability to work independently within a virtual team while upholding professionalism and urgency.
- Experience in EdTech is necessary; familiarity with K-12 educational environments is preferable.
