Role Overview
We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join the Qatar Airways Cargo team in Doha. This pivotal role involves delivering comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to ensure smooth functioning of daily departmental activities. The position supports effective communication, document management, and stakeholder coordination to uphold operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient administrative and secretarial assistance to the department.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation, correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage filing systems and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare necessary materials, and maintain schedules.
- Handle departmental communications and respond to routine administrative queries.
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistical coordination when needed.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and administrative inventories.
- Support compliance with company policies and departmental procedures.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless daily operations.
Candidate Profile
- High school diploma with at least two years of relevant work experience; or bachelor’s degree/equivalent with minimum one year of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
