Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to manage and maintain accounts primarily using Tally and Busy accounting software within the construction domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing purchase and sales accounts, handling compliance tasks related to TDS and GST, and maintaining overall general accounting operations. Proficiency with MS Excel is also essential for successful performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounts using Tally and Busy software.
- Manage and update purchase and sales account details.
- Calculate and administer TDS and GST along with ensuring adherence to related compliances.
- Perform general accounting responsibilities, including maintaining ledgers and journals.
- Utilize MS Excel proficiently for accounting and reporting tasks.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com).
- Experience ranging from 4 to 6 years in accounts management.
- Strong familiarity with Tally accounting software.
- Comprehensive knowledge of GST and TDS calculation and compliance procedures.
- Capability with Busy software and general accounting principles.
