Job Overview
This position offers a salary ranging from AED 2,500 to AED 3,300, dependent on experience. The role requires an immediate joiner and is located in Dubai, UAE.
Key Duties
- Accurately document daily financial transactions.
- Generate and manage invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and related accounting paperwork.
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Reconcile company accounts and bank statements.
- Organize and maintain financial records properly.
- Assist with payroll processing and tracking expenses.
- Prepare financial reports and aid in month-end and year-end closings.
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams about payments and document requirements.
- Carry out additional administrative and accounting responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in an Accounts Clerk or an equivalent accounting role.
- Preference for candidates who can join immediately.
- Hold a bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software.
- Demonstrate keen attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
