Role Overview
Progressive Autoserve Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Accounts Manager to take charge of routine accounting work, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and coordination during audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting activities and keep financial records accurate and up to date.
- Handle GST, TDS, and income tax compliance requirements.
- Support preparation and review of financial statements, including final accounts and balance sheet closure.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure audit-related documentation is completed properly.
- Maintain compliance with the Companies Act and ROC/MCA-related obligations.
- Prepare MIS reports and CMA data as needed.
- Carry out bank reconciliations and assist in resolving account mismatches.
Required Expertise
- Strong working knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Experience in balance sheet finalization and preparation of financial statements.
- Familiarity with MCA/ROC compliance and income tax compliance.
- Ability to manage audit processes and respond to audit queries.
- Good command over bank reconciliation and MIS reporting.
- Capability to prepare CMA data.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Power Query is preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime or ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary in the range of INR 30,000 to INR 50,000.
Location
This role is based in Delhi-NCR.
