Overview

This position is focused on ensuring the success of the Flightscape team by overseeing sales and managing customer relationships for Flightscape's airline operational solutions, including flight and crew planning, operational tracking, rosters, and flight management tools critical to airlines' operations and cost optimization across Australasia and adjacent regions.

Role Purpose

Responsible for managing customer success and satisfaction for airline clients primarily in Australasia, South Pacific, and South Asia, this role serves as the daily point of contact to drive expansion of services, sales growth, and increased revenue opportunities.

Principal Accountabilities
