Academic Researcher (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking skilled language professionals to assist in training and assessing AI language models. This flexible, part-time position allows you to work remotely from home on your own schedule. The role is well-suited for those with professional language experience such as writers, language teachers, translators, tutors, linguists, or other language specialists.

Responsibilities

• Assess AI-generated texts for quality, accuracy, and fluency
• Create brief prompts and imaginative responses to help in training AI systems
• Evaluate and compare AI outputs based on defined criteria
• Provide detailed written feedback regarding language quality

Requirements

• Fluency in the language of work and English
• At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in humanities, language, or writing-related disciplines
• Professional experience related to language such as writing, teaching, translating, editing, or annotating
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to adhere to evaluation guidelines
• Experience in linguistics, academic writing, data annotation, or AI content evaluation is advantageous
