About the Role

EdXL Learning and Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Academic Relationship Manager to join their team at the Anna University Campus in Guindy, Chennai. This full-time, office-based position focuses on aiding the development of SkillUniversity.org, a global platform for skilling and certification aimed at boosting employability through courses aligned with industry demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate, nurture, and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, collaborators, and advisors.
• Establish and deepen connections with universities, faculty, Training & Placement Officers, and industry specialists.
• Drive awareness of SkillUniversity.org via social media channels, partner networks, and communities of advisors.
• Collaborate with academic and industry leaders to keep online skill courses updated, relevant to the industry, and responsive to evolving workforce requirements.
• Facilitate initiatives that promote robust cooperation between industry and academia while expanding the SkillUniversity ecosystem.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses a minimum of five years’ experience in higher education.
• Has held roles such as Training & Placement Officer, Faculty Member, or Academic Coordinator.
• Demonstrates strong communication, networking, and relationship management capabilities.
• Comfortable with social media engagement and digital outreach.
• Passionate about advancing higher education, employability, and skill enhancement.
