Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled AC Technician to oversee the maintenance and repair of our cooling and ventilation systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience ensuring efficient operation through routine servicing and timely troubleshooting of HVAC units.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance such as servicing, gas refilling, and chemical cleaning of air conditioning units and Air Handling Units (AHUs).
- Diagnose and fix mechanical or electrical issues within HVAC equipment to maintain system functionality.
- Monitor and record temperature and humidity levels to ensure environmental standards are met.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols when handling refrigerants and electrical components.
Requirements
- 4 to 5 years of practical experience in AC/HVAC maintenance and repair.
- Diploma in Mechanical or HVAC engineering, or an equivalent ITI certification in a related field.
Additional Information

The final remuneration will depend on the applicant's technical skill set, troubleshooting capability, hands-on experience with MEP systems, communication proficiency, leadership qualities, safety adherence, productivity, and interview performance.
