Job Description
We seek a skilled AC Technician to efficiently maintain and repair HVAC systems within a hospital setting, ensuring optimal climate control for critical areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose and service split AC units, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), package systems, and chillers.
- Regulate temperature and humidity levels in sensitive hospital zones.
- Complete maintenance tasks promptly and keep detailed service documentation.
- Adhere strictly to hospital safety and infection prevention guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Possession of ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, HVAC, Electrical, or related disciplines.
- Between 2 to 7+ years of experience in HVAC system maintenance, preferably in healthcare environments.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and readiness to work in shifts.
