About the Internship
Pledge India Foundation invites passionate individuals to join as Volunteering interns. This role offers valuable exposure to social work, allowing interns to contribute meaningfully toward uplifting underprivileged communities through various social initiatives across the nation. Working closely with experienced team members, interns will gain practical experience in the nonprofit sector while enhancing their communication and leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and coordination of volunteers for multiple projects and events.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of training modules for volunteers.
- Support the planning and execution of community outreach programs.
- Work collaboratively to develop engaging social media content to publicize volunteer openings.
- Conduct research on social issues and emerging trends to aid in program planning.
- Help assess the impact of volunteer initiatives and propose improvements.
- Perform administrative duties including maintaining volunteers' databases and records.
