About the Internship
This internship offers an opportunity to work remotely with a tax firm specializing in services for freelancers and remote workers in India. The selected intern will be involved in creating engaging video content, transforming raw footage into polished explainer videos enriched with B-roll, captions, and sound effects. Responsibilities span the entire video production cycle, from brainstorming concepts to delivering final edits.
Key Duties
- Edit raw talking-head footage into dynamic, fast-paced explainer videos incorporating visual and audio enhancements.
- Manage all phases of video creation including concept development, production, and final output delivery.
- Stay informed on social media trends across YouTube, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn to inspire innovative video ideas.
- Propose fresh, trend-aligned content concepts tailored to audience preferences.
- Organize project files, assets, and timelines to ensure seamless production workflows.
- Consistently produce high-quality edits within specified deadlines.
Candidate Requirements
- Available to work remotely and able to commence between July 10 and August 14, 2026.
- Commitment to a three-month internship duration.
- Familiarity and enthusiasm for video editing and content creation.
- Preference given to women seeking to start or restart their careers.
- Proficient with video editing software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
- Own a personal computer or laptop compatible with video editing software and have a stable internet connection.
- Understand video pacing, hooks, storytelling techniques, and methods to maintain audience retention.
- Self-driven and capable of independent remote work.
- Creative with an interest in digital media trends and content innovation.
- Previous experience with yap, talking-head, or explainer videos should be demonstrated via a portfolio link.
