Brain Quest seeks a highly inventive graphic design intern capable of translating ideas into captivating visual stories. Ideal candidates will possess imaginative flair, strong illustration capabilities, and enthusiasm for crafting aesthetics that are both visually striking and meaningful.
Responsibilities
- Produce original artwork, including character illustrations for digital and print media.
- Create engaging layout designs for publications such as books, workbooks, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Transform textual concepts into effective visual narratives.
- Develop educational and storytelling illustrations suitable for children when necessary.
- Ensure visual consistency across multiple projects.
- Collaborate closely with content creators and project teams to execute creative ideas.
- Prepare designs suitable for both print and digital distribution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Outstanding illustration and narrative visualization abilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of composition, color theory, typography, and layout techniques.
- Skill in designing expressive characters, scenes, and creative visuals.
- Proficiency using design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Experience with illustration programs like Procreate and design tools like Figma is advantageous.
- High attention to detail along with the ability to adhere to deadlines.
- A compelling portfolio featuring original and creative illustration work is mandatory.
