About the Internship

Join RSHCE Renu Sharma Health Care And Education Foundation as a Talent Acquisition Intern and contribute to linking talented individuals with meaningful career opportunities. This internship offers a fully remote, three-month engagement where you will support recruitment efforts that impact healthcare and education services for underserved populations.

Responsibilities

• Help source and evaluate candidates through diverse channels.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews, supporting both candidates and hiring teams.
• Update and manage candidate records within recruitment systems.
• Assist in drafting and publishing job postings across platforms.
• Work alongside colleagues to plan and execute recruitment-related events.
• Participate in reference and background checking processes.
• Use MS Excel to monitor recruitment data and prepare analytic reports.

This position is open to individuals able to work remotely starting between July 31 and September 4, 2026, for a total duration of three months. Stipend and Benefits

The internship provides a monthly stipend ranging between 9000 and 11000 INR. Additional benefits include issuance of a certificate upon completion, a letter of recommendation, and flexible working hours.
