Palette Hire is inviting applications for a Talent Acquisition internship, designed for individuals proficient in English communication (both spoken and written) and skilled in MS Excel. This remote internship provides hands-on exposure to the recruitment process while working alongside our experienced HR team. You will gain practical knowledge in sourcing and onboarding talented candidates, crucial for the growth of some of India's rapidly expanding consumer brands.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Publish job advertisements across various online platforms and social media networks.
- Review and screen incoming resumes, conduct preliminary phone interviews with prospects.
- Manage the scheduling of interviews and ensure clear communication with applicants about subsequent steps.
- Support the onboarding process for newly recruited employees.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate details within the applicant tracking system.
- Help organize recruitment drives and job fair events.
- Offer administrative assistance to the HR team as required.

Remuneration
