About the internship

The Wellness Shop is hiring a Talent Acquisition intern to support its human resources function. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruiting operations and broader HR activities within a fast-moving e-commerce business. You will work alongside the HR team to help manage day-to-day coordination, employee support tasks, and administrative processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support hiring activities by publishing job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
• Keep employee information accurate and up to date across records and HR systems.
• Assist in welcoming new joiners and conducting onboarding or induction sessions.
• Help plan and organize training sessions and employee development initiatives.
• Collect employee feedback through surveys and assist in reviewing the responses to improve workplace experience.
• Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, agreements, and performance review paperwork.
• Handle routine HR administrative work, including filing, data entry, and other support tasks as required.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, begin between 23 June 2026 and 28 July 2026, and stay for 6 months. Applicants should also bring relevant skills and a genuine interest in HR and recruitment.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 10,000 to INR 15,000.
