About the Internship
This internship is for a Talent Acquisition role where the selected candidate will support hiring operations, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination. The position offers practical exposure to recruitment workflows and talent management in a fast-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Find potential candidates, review resumes, and assist with screening.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication.
- Support recruiters in engagement, hiring, and database upkeep.
- Contribute to end-to-end recruitment and broader talent acquisition activities.
- Help build candidate pipelines and assist with ongoing hiring plans.
Who Can Apply
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship and be able to begin between 17th Jun'26 and 22nd Jul'26. The internship runs for 3 months and is open only to candidates from Lucknow. Applicants should have relevant skills and interest in the field. Women who are looking to start or restart their careers may also apply. Freshers seeking jobs may also be considered.
Additional Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Comfort with using social media for sourcing or hiring support.
- Ability to work with psychometric tests and other assessment tools.

Additional Information
On conversion to a permanent employee, the expected salary range is ₹300000 to ₹350000 per year.
Compensation
The internship stipend is ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
