About the Internship
This internship opportunity offers hands-on experience in building customized applications on a no-code platform that simplifies business operations. The selected candidates will be responsible for understanding client needs and translating them into functional apps using Clappia's no-code features. Daily tasks involve app configuration, managing customer data through SQL and Excel tools, handling API integrations, and supporting customers to maximize the platform's benefits. Interns will also collaborate with internal teams to accurately capture client requirements and improve operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and transform customer requirements into no-code applications using Clappia.
- Configure and build apps leveraging Clappia's intuitive features.
- Assist in data structuring and upload processes ensuring integrity within the platform.
- Employ SQL for managing and processing data efficiently.
- Utilize advanced Excel and Google Sheets functionalities to cleanse, format, and analyze data.
- Integrate external systems through APIs as necessary.
- Provide user support to help customers effectively utilize app features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document client requirements and innovate workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and data cleansing techniques.
- Solid understanding of SQL and database principles.
- Strong communication abilities for gathering client needs and proposing workflow improvements.
- Basic familiarity with API concepts and operations.
- A problem-solving attitude and willingness to quickly adopt new software tools.
- Experience with no-code or low-code platforms like Clappia, Zapier, Airtable, AppSheet, or PowerApps is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
- A monthly stipend of INR 25,000 will be provided.
- Interns will receive a certificate and letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
- Work schedule includes flexible hours and a five-day workweek.
- Casual dress code maintained during office hours.
