Internship Overview

This internship opportunity invites socially active and fashionable women to spearhead the Refer & Earn growth initiative for a brand focused on Instagram, Snapchat, and other social media platforms. The role centers around leveraging personal social media to attract users, expanding the referral team, and enhancing brand presence through engaging content and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your own active Instagram or Snapchat accounts to invite new users, earning cash rewards based on user verifications.
• Identify and onboard additional stylish, connected women to expand the referral network.
• Create and publish attractive, high-quality content across multiple platforms.
• Engage with Instagram influencers to establish partnership opportunities.
• Build and strengthen the brand's footprint on Instagram, Snapchat, and related channels.
• Devise innovative marketing content and campaign ideas.
• Drive brand promotion and increase traffic to the associated app and website.
• Respond promptly and professionally to comments and direct messages.
• Edit photos and short videos using digital tools like Canva.

Candidate Requirements

• Only female applicants are eligible.
• Must maintain an active Instagram or Snapchat account with appealing, glamorous content.
• Experience or familiarity with matrimony or dating applications (e.g., Shaadi.com, Bharat Matrimony, Bumble, Tinder) is advantageous.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent written English skills with no spelling or grammatical errors.
• Proficient in creating and editing visual content such as photos and videos.
• Strong ability to engage users through comments and messages.

• The role is part of a startup environment supporting empowerment through guidance and consulting across two brands focused on women's health and men's lifestyle coaching.

Internship Details

• Work location: Remote/Work from home
• Internship duration: 3 months
• Start date: Immediate (between July 26, 2026, and August 30, 2026)
• Work schedule: 5 days per week with flexible working hours
• Number of openings: 3
• Weekly stipend: INR 2000 to 4000
• Certificate and letter of recommendation provided upon completion
