About the Internship
The Innovation Story (TIS) invites motivated individuals passionate about sales and cultivating client relationships to join us as Sales Interns. This role offers the chance to engage in practical projects, developing skills in lead generation, client communication, and providing sales assistance. Interns will be pivotal in driving sales initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective clients via phone calls and follow-ups to establish initial contact.
- Identify and assess potential leads to support the sales pipeline.
- Effectively communicate information about TIS products and services.
- Arrange meetings for the sales staff and coordinate schedules.
- Maintain and update customer data accurately within CRM systems.
- Foster and sustain strong long-term relationships with customers.
- Collaborate closely with various departments to meet sales objectives.
Candidate Criteria
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor of Engineering or Technology degree.
- Strong verbal communication proficiency.
- Confidence in handling customer calls independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Basic competency in Microsoft Excel and Office suite.
- Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in sales.
Work Schedule and Location
The role is based in Bandra, Mumbai. Working days include six days each week with offs on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays and all Sundays.
