Role Overview

This internship is focused on sales, outreach, demonstrations, and onboarding for spiritual professionals. The selected intern will work in person from Gurgaon and help bring new guides onto the Divine11 Astro platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Search for and contact astrologers, tarot readers, numerologists, Vaastu experts, and other spiritual professionals through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and similar channels.
  • Present the platform’s value proposition and arrange product demos for interested professionals.
  • Run live demonstrations and explain consultation features, content creation tools, profile management, and earning opportunities available on the platform.
  • Support onboarding tasks such as profile setup, KYC documentation, account creation, and activation.
  • Develop strong working relationships with prospects, respond to their questions, and show how the platform can help their practice grow.
  • Follow up with interested leads and turn them into active guides on the platform.
  • Keep organized records of outreach, follow-ups, demos, and onboarded guides in CRM systems or spreadsheets.
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to strengthen outreach methods and improve onboarding flow.
  • Work toward weekly and monthly onboarding goals while ensuring a smooth experience for every new guide.

Perks and Additional Information

The internship offers a job opportunity on successful conversion to a permanent role. The stipend includes fixed pay of ₹8,000 to ₹15,000 per month plus incentive pay of ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 per month, totaling ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month.

For the permanent role after conversion, the expected compensation is ₹2,00,000 to ₹2,40,000 per year.
