About the Internship

This internship is an opportunity to be involved in multiple facets of operations within a dynamic FashionTech startup. The intern will support and manage customer interactions, order processing, coordination of measurements and materials, quality control, tailoring process oversight, dispatch logistics, and customer feedback collection. The role demands effective communication with customers, tailoring partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and premium quality delivery of made-to-measure garments.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with new and existing customers by scheduling appointments, handling queries, and providing continuous updates on orders.
• Manage order creation in internal systems, verify order details, and maintain thorough documentation for each order.
• Coordinate measurement sessions with designated Style Captains, ensure accurate recording and verification of measurements.
• Liaise with the Matching Centre to compile necessary accessories and trims, ensuring complete production kits before sending them to tailors.
• Facilitate the dispatch of production kits, communicate production requirements to tailoring partners, and monitor tailoring progress and timelines.
• Conduct quality checks on finished garments, liaise with tailors to address any quality issues, and uphold company standards before dispatch.
• Manage garment pickup and delivery logistics to ensure timely customer receipt, including tracking shipments and updating customers.
• Administer alteration requests by coordinating reverse logistics, assigning tasks to appropriate tailors, and tracking completion and delivery.
• Gather post-delivery customer feedback, document satisfaction levels, and consider suggestions for continuous improvement.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available full-time (in-office) for a 6-month internship beginning between August 5, 2026, and September 9, 2026.
• Applicants should possess relevant skills and interests in operations and client management.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to ride a scooter or electric scooter for operational duties.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are essential; knowledge of Kannada is advantageous.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up capabilities.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks and coordinating between customers, vendors, and internal teams simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and adept at problem-solving with a proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and other basic productivity software tools.
• Willingness to work efficiently in a fast-paced startup setting.

Compensation and Perks

• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 5,000 to INR 15,000.

Additional Information

• Successful interns may be offered full-time employment with an annual salary ranging from ₹250,000 to ₹300,000.
