About the Internship

This internship involves engaging daily in analyzing news cycles covering domains such as politics, business, technology, sports, and internet culture. Interns will be responsible for selecting and justifying newsworthy stories to focus on, condensing raw news into concise briefs for anchors and editors, and verifying all facts and sources prior to content production. Furthermore, staying ahead of trends is essential to maintain a fresh and relevant content pipeline for the AM:PM Network.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• Must be available to work remotely throughout the 3-month internship period.
• Should be able to start between July 21, 2026 and August 25, 2026.
• Possess skills and interest relevant to news consumption and anchoring.
• Women who want to begin or restart their careers are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates should have a strong habit of consuming news and demonstrate sound editorial judgment.
• Applicants should be prepared for a minimum internship duration of 4 months and be able to join immediately.
• Must be located in Mumbai or capable of coordinating with the newsroom daily.

Stipend and Benefits

The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 10,000 to 15,000. Participants will receive a certificate upon completion, a letter of recommendation, and enjoy flexible working hours.
