This internship is offered by Stareye Media & Entertainment, a company focused on production and casting for junior and senior models across e-commerce and related platforms. The role involves acting as a Client Relationship Executive, primarily performing telecalling duties to promote services, generate leads, and provide customer assistance while representing the company with professional communication.

Primary Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound and manage inbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote services.
• Explain features, pricing, and benefits of the company's offerings to encourage sales and meet targets.
• Resolve customer queries, issues, and grievances courteously and effectively.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer information and call details using CRM or databases.
• Follow predefined call scripts to ensure consistent and persuasive communication.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills with a polite and assured tone.
• Basic computer abilities, including familiarity with MS Office applications and internet use.
• Interpersonal skills such as building rapport, persuasion, and handling objections gracefully.
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred but freshers are also acceptable.
• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent; degree holders are sometimes considered.
• Must be available for full-time, in-office internship from August 1 to September 5, 2026, lasting 3 months.
• Residency requirement: candidates should be from Ambala, Amritsar, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Mohali, or Zirakpur.

Work Environment and Performance Metrics

• The role typically requires extended periods of seated work with headset use.
• Shifts are fixed daytime schedules.
• Performance is assessed based on call volume, lead generation, and sales conversion metrics.
