About the Fellowship and Company
The Marketing Fellowship at Mitt Arv Technologies Private Limited, a legacy-tech startup focused on transforming end-of-life planning, provides an opportunity to gain real-world marketing experience. The company aims to empower individuals to prepare for their future by addressing practical and emotional aspects while reducing stigma around death-related conversations.
Role Overview
This fellowship offers hands-on involvement with live marketing projects to build skills in branding, content development, community engagement, and growth marketing. It follows a learn-by-doing model where selected fellows collaborate with dynamic teams and experienced mentors to develop practical marketing expertise.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Engage in active marketing projects including campaign creation, brand positioning, outreach, and community development.
- Generate compelling content for social media channels, presentations, and promotional activities to boost brand visibility.
- Interact with student groups and assist outreach efforts to increase awareness and involvement in the fellowship program.
- Perform market research and analyze competitors to identify trends and inform marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with mentors, project leads, and cross-functional teams to plan and deliver impactful marketing campaigns and events.
- Manage assigned duties independently while working within a vibrant startup environment.
Program Structure and Commitment
The fellowship begins with foundational training to build necessary skills before transitioning to live project work. Fellows will dedicate about 20 hours weekly, attending in-person sessions every Saturday, plus one additional weekday for undergraduates. Full-time presence (five days a week) is expected from recent graduates and freshers. A minimum in-office presence of three months in Hyderabad during semester breaks is required for immersive learning.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be available for full-time, on-site internship in Hyderabad.
- Ability to start between July 10, 2026, and August 14, 2026.
- Commit to a six-month duration.
- Possess relevant skills and interests in marketing.
- Undergraduate students may take up to two weeks leave every three months for exams.
- Applicants should be based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 4000 to 5000.
