About the Internship:
This internship involves engaging with potential learners through multiple communication channels such as calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Interns will assess the needs of learners and guide them towards the most appropriate SkillOrbit programs. They will oversee the entire enrollment process from generating and qualifying leads to successfully converting them. Timely follow-ups will be conducted to maximize enrollment results, and accurate records of all interactions will be maintained in the CRM system. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets is a core part of the role. Interns will also work closely with the marketing team to enhance lead quality and conversion rates while staying informed on SkillOrbit's offerings and relevant industry developments to effectively address inquiries.
