Overview
Join the Talent Acquisition team at The Belgian Waffle Co., one of India's rapidly expanding quick-service restaurant brands, for a hands-on internship focused on recruitment and broader corporate HR functions. This internship offers an opportunity to engage actively in the entire hiring cycle while gaining valuable exposure to multiple HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing complete recruitment processes including sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure efficient management of hiring activities.
- Obtain practical experience across various corporate HR departments.
- Serve as a liaison between candidates and internal teams to maintain a seamless recruitment experience.
- Maintain and organize recruitment documentation and support additional HR duties as assigned.
Candidate Eligibility
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship starting anytime between July 13, 2026, and August 17, 2026, with a commitment of three months duration. Relevant skills and interests are expected. Women aiming to start or re-establish their careers are particularly encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm to learn and work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools is advantageous.
Stipend and Perks
This internship includes a monthly stipend of ₹10,000 to ₹10,001. Additional benefits include certification upon completion, a letter of recommendation, and a work schedule of five days per week.
Working Hours and Location
This internship operates from the office five days a week, from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, located in Mumbai at the Marathon Next Gen Complex, Lower Parel.
