Stirring Minds is offering a Human Resources internship that provides immersive practical experience within a vibrant and rapidly evolving startup setting. Interns will collaborate closely with the HR team, contributing to several HR functions and initiatives, thus honing their expertise and understanding of the HR domain.
Key Duties
- Participate in recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, conducting preliminary screenings, and managing interview schedules.
- Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Organize and coordinate training and development efforts for staff members.
- Support employee engagement initiatives such as organizing team building events and recognition programs.
- Handle administrative HR responsibilities like maintaining employee documentation and updating HR information systems.
- Work collaboratively on HR projects aimed at enhancing processes and policies.
- Maintain effective communication to foster positive relationships with employees and stakeholders.
Who Should Apply
Applicants must be available for a full-time, on-site internship starting between August 3, 2026, and September 7, 2026, with a commitment of six months. Candidates should possess relevant skills and enthusiasm for HR fields and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and English communication.
Stipend Details
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from ₹7,000 to ₹10,000, which includes a fixed component of ₹6,000 to ₹8,000 and an additional incentive ranging between ₹1,000 and ₹2,000.
