HR Consultant Internship (Work From Home)

About the Internship

This internship provides an opportunity to support various HR and coordination activities remotely. The intern will collaborate with internal teams and external partners including NGOs, government bodies, and corporates to ensure smooth execution of programs and organizational projects. Responsibilities include managing communications with external stakeholders through professional correspondence, handling recruitment processes such as candidate sourcing, screening and interview scheduling, and overseeing volunteer recruitment and engagement by maintaining volunteer records and tracking hours.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Applicants must be able to work remotely and commit to the four-month internship duration starting between July 19, 2026, and August 23, 2026. Candidates with relevant skills in recruitment, stakeholder communication, and coordination are encouraged to apply. Preference is given to women seeking to initiate or resume their career. Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with familiarity with AI tools considered advantageous. Prior experience of one year in a related role is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The stipend is structured with a fixed component ranging from INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month plus incentives between INR 10,000 and 15,000 per month, totaling INR 25,000 to 40,000 monthly. Interns will work five days per week and receive a certificate upon completion.
