General Management Internship (Part-Time, Remote)

About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on involvement in developing and managing a global non-profit ecosystem platform. Interns will engage in project coordination, research, community outreach, and communication management to support the growth of this digital platform aggregating non-profit organizations and services worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organizing, and executing initiatives for the non-profit ecosystem platform.
• Conduct research to inform projects, initiatives, and strategic decisions.
• Support activities related to community engagement and stakeholder collaboration.
• Create and manage content across social media, newsletters, and other communication channels.
• Track project progress and maintain records documenting outcomes and impacts.
• Work collaboratively with team members to develop solutions addressing community and social challenges.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Must be available to work from home during the internship period.
• Start date should be between July 9, 2026, and August 13, 2026.
• Commitment to a six-month internship duration is required.
• Relevant skills and interests aligned with the internship role.
• Women who are looking to begin or resume their careers are encouraged to apply.
• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in social work, development studies, public policy, sociology, management, communications, or closely related areas.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Proficient research and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with Google Docs and digital collaboration platforms.
• A strong passion for social impact, community service, and sustainable development.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

About the Organization

The Conscious Humanity Network Foundation (CHNF), established on October 11, 2023, is a Section 8 non-profit company under Indian law. Its mission is to consolidate global non-profit ecosystem players by aggregating their products, services, and communities on its digital platforms. This initiative facilitates individual and group communication within the global non-profit community. CHNF is part of Divine Play, a group led by Vishal Bhuta, who has founded multiple global non-profits and for-profit ventures spanning fields such as cybersecurity, healthcare, AI, agriculture, and more.

Additional Information

• Stipend is structured with a fixed monthly amount ranging from ₹2,000 to ₹4,000 and performance-based incentives between ₹1,000 and ₹20,000 monthly.
• Additional benefits include a certificate upon completion and flexible working hours.
