About the Internship

This opportunity involves crafting highly detailed, PhD-level chemical evaluations focusing on quantum chemistry, sophisticated organic compounds, and intricate thermodynamic processes. The intern will design precise chemical logic representations using standardized textual notations, avoiding the use of chemical imagery or multimodal diagrams. Additionally, the role requires establishing robust validation frameworks to ensure all chemical formulas and reaction models are compatible with automated script verification.

Candidate Profile

Applicants must be poised for work-from-home roles, commencing between July 29, 2026 and September 2, 2026, and willing to commit to a three-month internship. Candidates should possess relevant skills and interests pertinent to advanced chemistry.

Compensation and Benefits

The stipend ranges from INR 7,000 to INR 20,000 monthly, split into a fixed component of INR 5,000 to 10,000 and an incentive portion of INR 2,000 to 10,000. Additional benefits include a certificate of completion, a letter of recommendation, flexible scheduling, and a five-day workweek.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be PhD candidates, postdoctoral researchers, or top-ranking M.Sc graduates from premier institutions such as IITs, IISc, and IISERs.
• Particular encouragement is given to high-potential women re-entering academia.
