Role Overview

Tsteps Private Limited, an IT community platform development company based in Chennai with over 90 employees, is seeking interns for its Email Marketing internship program. This full-time onsite internship is offered in Chennai, with additional opportunities in Bangalore. The internship lasts for 6 months with immediate start for selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, and implementing email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Manage email subscriber lists, perform audience segmentation, and maintain customer databases.
• Track and analyze campaign metrics such as open rates, clicks, and conversions to evaluate performance.
• Provide insights and recommend strategies to enhance customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available for a full-time internship onsite.
• Candidates should be able to start between August 7, 2026, and September 11, 2026.
• The internship duration is fixed at six months.
• Relevant skills and a keen interest in email marketing are required.
