About the Role

Join Heterize Infotech Private Limited as an E-Commerce Operations Intern, where you'll collaborate with a skilled team to gain practical experience in managing online retail operations. Your expertise in MS Excel, along with proficiency in both Hindi and English communication, will play a vital role in supporting smooth workflows and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with managing the listing of products on various e-commerce platforms.
• Coordinate with approximately 70-80 brands or suppliers to ensure timely product deliveries.
• Handle brand inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally through WhatsApp communications.
• Support the e-commerce team by coordinating product specifications and essential documentation for seamless brand onboarding onto e-commerce channels.
• Suggest innovative approaches to streamline processes and elevate the customer experience.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

Ideal candidates will be detail-focused, passionate about e-commerce, and eager to develop within a fast-paced environment. The internship targets individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Availability for a full-time, in-office internship in Indore.
• Ability to start between 27th July 2026 and 31st August 2026.
• Commitment to a three-month internship duration.
• Relevant skills in MS Excel and proficiency in both English (spoken and written) and Hindi (written).
• Clear and fluent communication over phone and rapid responses via WhatsApp to address queries and feedback.
• Opportunities are open to women restarting or beginning a career, as well as fresh graduates seeking employment.

Compensation and Perks

The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging between ₹5000 and ₹7000. Additional benefits include a certificate of completion, a letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, complimentary snacks and beverages, and the potential for a job offer upon successful completion.

Additional Information
