About the Internship
This internship role involves supporting the Internal Communications and Employee Engagement efforts at Metropolis Healthcare Limited. You will be engaged in developing creative campaigns, designing communication materials, producing videos, and supporting engagement programs that enhance employee participation and awareness of organizational initiatives.
Working closely with the Human Resources and Learning & Development teams, the position offers broad exposure to internal branding and corporate communications within a fast-growing multinational healthcare company.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement internal communication campaigns.
- Create compelling content for various formats.
- Support video production and digital content creation efforts.
- Drive initiatives that promote employee engagement.
- Assist in communication analytics to gauge campaign effectiveness.
