This role involves supporting aspiring learners by understanding their career goals and educational needs, guiding them towards suitable programs, and facilitating a smooth enrollment journey via personalized counselling. The intern will actively engage with students through calls, messages, and digital touchpoints to nurture meaningful interactions and address queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective students to comprehend their ambitions, obstacles, and learning requirements.
• Serve as a career advisor to help learners select courses aligned with their future objectives.
• Initiate communication with potential candidates using telephone, messaging, and online platforms.
• Conduct tailored counselling sessions demonstrating how SkillOrbit’s educational offerings foster growth.
• Build rapport and trust with students, resolve their concerns, and assist through the enrollment process.
• Ensure timely follow-ups to maintain a seamless learner experience.
• Accurately document student information and track all interactions utilizing CRM software.
• Work collaboratively with sales and academic teams to optimize learner engagement and contribute to business advancements.
• Take responsibility for daily operations and suggest innovative strategies to enhance student participation.

Candidate Eligibility

• Applicants must be available for a full-time, on-site internship in Bangalore lasting six months.
• Internship start window is between July 10, 2026, and August 14, 2026.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant interests and skills in sales, counselling, and EdTech are encouraged to apply.
• MBA or BBA qualifications are advantageous.
• Strong communication abilities paired with a proactive learning attitude are essential.
• Challenges include relocation to Bangalore for the internship duration.

Compensation and Benefits

• A monthly stipend ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 is offered.
• Successful interns will receive a certificate upon completion and may receive a job offer.
• Upon conversion to permanent employment, salary expectations range between ₹350,000 and ₹600,000 annually.
