About the Internship
This internship offers an opportunity to develop business development and sales skills by engaging in lead generation and outreach activities primarily targeting Indian customers and U.S. clients. The role involves initiating cold calls, conducting email marketing campaigns, and maintaining communication through WhatsApp and professional emails.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential Indian clients through cold calling to uncover business prospects and qualify leads.
- Proactively reach out to prospective customers to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Design and execute email marketing initiatives, following up with prospects as needed.
- Regularly send WhatsApp messages to engage and remind prospects for follow-up.
- Compose and dispatch formal emails to clients based in the United States when necessary.
- Systematically document all calls, emails, WhatsApp interactions, and follow-up tasks.
- Follow up promptly with interested prospects to enhance conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team by providing frequent progress reports on lead generation and outreach efforts.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be able to work remotely and commit to a three-month internship duration.
- Availability to start between July 30, 2026, and September 3, 2026.
- Applicants should possess relevant skills and a strong interest in sales and business development.
Additional Requirements
- Maintain a consistent login schedule at 2:30 PM daily throughout the internship period.
- Effective communication skills in English are essential; fluency in Hindi is advantageous.
- Demonstrate a proactive learning attitude with eagerness to acquire new competencies.
- Self-motivation and a continuous growth mindset will be highly valued.
Compensation and Benefits
- Stipend ranges from ₹3,500 to ₹7,500 per month, comprising a fixed pay between ₹3,000 and ₹4,500 and incentive pay from ₹500 to ₹3,000.
- Interns will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
