Internship Overview

This internship is designed for ambitious, creative, and target-oriented individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce sales and marketing. Interns will develop and implement effective strategies to promote and sell e-commerce website solutions to diverse clients through digital and direct sales channels.

Main Responsibilities

• Reach out directly to potential customers through phone calls and professional communication methods.
• Utilize social platforms such as Instagram and WhatsApp to generate leads and close sales, including creating engaging Instagram Reels.
• Employ freelance websites like Fiverr and Freelancer to find, pitch to, and convert both domestic and international clients.
• Engage with clients by presenting e-commerce solutions, answering their inquiries, and leading early negotiation stages.
• Keep detailed records of daily outreach activities and monitor the progress of leads across chosen platforms.

Who Can Apply

• Candidates must be available for a full-time in-office internship starting between July 30, 2026, and September 3, 2026.
• Applicants should commit to the entire duration of four months.
• Residency in Jaipur is mandatory.
• Relevant skills and interest in sales and marketing are essential.
• The program is also open to women looking to begin or resume their careers.

Compensation and Benefits

• The stipend ranges from ₹9,500 to ₹33,000 per month, which includes a fixed component of ₹4,500 to ₹8,000 and incentives from ₹5,000 to ₹25,000 based on performance.
• Interns will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon completion.
