Opportunity Overview
Natural Hege, a company specializing in naturally sourced alkaline water from Himalayan sources, seeks an Accounting intern to join their Hyderabad office. This internship offers exposure to finance operations within a sustainable business environment with 15+ warehouses across India and a loyal customer base exceeding 5,000 clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully monitor and document daily logistics expenses such as transportation, fuel, warehousing, and other related costs.
- Verify the authenticity and correctness of logistics bills, invoices, and receipts, ensuring thorough documentation.
- Conduct regular reconciliation of recorded expenses with bank statements and supplier invoices to maintain financial accuracy.
- Compile and present daily expense reports to management, emphasizing any irregular or notable expenditures.
- Support budget tracking efforts by comparing actual spends against allocated logistics budgets.
- Collaborate effectively with teams in logistics, procurement, and finance to address any discrepancies in expense records.
- Ensure adherence to company financial policies and maintain comprehensive audit-ready documentation.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Availability for a full-time internship based in-office in Hyderabad.
- Ability to commence the internship between July 30, 2026, and September 3, 2026.
- Commitment to complete the full 2-month duration of the internship.
- Possession of relevant skills including proficiency in Accounting principles, MS Excel, communication, and cash flow management.
Stipend and Incentives
The internship provides a monthly stipend in the range of INR 18,000 to INR 20,000. Additionally, there is a potential job offer upon successful completion.
