About Us

We are a dynamic and successful start-up specializing in film and video production, based in Viernheim near Mannheim. Currently, we manage weekly high-impact long-form YouTube videos for our largest client, Omid Mouazzen, who has over 1 million subscribers. Our ambition is clear: to become the largest YouTube channel in Germany. To achieve this, we need team members who not only edit videos but engage deeply, think critically, and actively contribute onsite in the studio.

Role Responsibilities

• Review and select raw footage for weekly YouTube projects.
• Edit long-form content focusing on storytelling, pacing, and emotional impact.
• Create compelling hooks, build tension arcs, and maintain strong narrative flow.
• Collaborate closely with the entire team based at our Viernheim location.
• Adhere to deadlines and uphold clear quality standards.
• Synchronize visual and audio content seamlessly.
• Incorporate graphics, animations, and special effects as needed.
• Perform color grading and optimize image quality.

Candidate Qualifications

• Strong passion for video editing and YouTube content creation.
• Experience in post-production including editing, sound design, and subtitles.
• Proficient with DaVinci Resolve and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of After Effects is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent sense of timing, storytelling, and overall impact.
• Organized, dependable, and cooperative team player.
• Fluent in German language skills.
• Willingness to work regularly onsite in Viernheim.
• Motivated for continuous personal and professional growth.
