The organization is a comprehensive tooling provider focusing on progressive and tandem dies, including deep draw, aluminum, ultra-high strength steel (UHSS), and intricate stamping dies.
This opening is currently vacant. The pay scale for this role ranges between $23.00 and $27.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Setup, programming, and operation of Makino wire EDM machines.
- Perform wire burning on tool steel and die components.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshoot issues with EDM machinery and associated software.
- Collaborate closely with the CNC coordinator to ensure smooth operations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- At least three years of relevant experience within the Tool & Die industry.
- Capability to interpret and understand engineering drawings and schematics.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Effective written and spoken communication skills.
- Good organizational aptitude to manage tasks efficiently.
