Role Overview

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a skilled production team to fabricate metal parts.
• Perform MIG welding and basic TIG welding operations.
• Interpret and adhere to engineering drawings and provided instructions.
• Prepare materials and finish components using hand tools and grinders.
• Self-check your output to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workplace.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of one year experience in welding or metal fabrication.
• Proficiency with MIG and/or TIG welding techniques.
• Ability to understand and work from technical drawings and instructions.
• A proactive attitude, dependability, and eagerness to learn.
• Strong teamwork capabilities and effective communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Formal welding certification or equivalent training.
• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing context.
