Role Overview

We are seeking a Web3 Consultant to support client initiatives involving blockchain strategy, digital asset market research, product assessments, and Web3 business planning. This full-time role provides consulting services and research support to help clients evaluate blockchain opportunities, develop strategies, and coordinate projects related to decentralized applications, stablecoins, tokenized assets, DeFi, payments, wallets, and blockchain infrastructure. The role is strictly advisory and strategic without requiring personal investment, investor recruitment, or promotion of tokens.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on blockchain adoption, Web3 strategies, decentralized applications, tokenized product models, and emerging fintech solutions.
Conduct comprehensive research on Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, DeFi, tokenized real assets, Layer 1 & 2 networks, wallets, crypto exchanges, and infrastructure.
Assess blockchain use cases evaluating business benefits, market demand, technological feasibility, operational needs, and risks.
Prepare detailed consulting reports, market analyses, competitive reviews, strategic roadmaps, presentations, and proposals for clients.
Support market entry, product development, partnership cultivation, ecosystem growth, and digital transformation efforts related to Web3.
Analyze whitepapers, product specs, tokenomics, governance documents, market data, and industry trends.
Perform competitor analyses and map ecosystem players including platforms, fintech firms, exchanges, infrastructure vendors, and startups.
Assist with project planning, stakeholder coordination, requirements gathering, documentation, testing, implementation assistance, and progress updates.
Identify and address commercial, operational, technical, regulatory, security, governance, and user experience factors influencing Web3 initiatives.
Translate complex blockchain and decentralized finance concepts into clear guidance for executives and non-technical audiences.
Facilitate client workshops, strategy sessions, internal trainings, presentations, and educational programs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiters, consultants, product and engineering teams, researchers, compliance units, business development, and client leadership.

Candidate Qualifications

Relevant professional experience or strong practical knowledge of Web3, blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, fintech, consulting, product strategy, business analysis, digital transformation, or emerging tech.
General understanding of blockchain networks, smart contracts, crypto wallets, stablecoins, decentralized apps, exchanges, DeFi protocols, and digital payment systems.
Capability to evaluate Web3 initiatives considering business, operational, financial, technical, market, and risk perspectives.
Experience in research, organizing detailed information, documenting findings, and clearly communicating recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentations, stakeholder management, organization, problem-solving, and analytical competencies.
Comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a global consulting context.
Proficiency managing multiple research and consulting projects in a remote work environment.
Fluent English communication skills.
Legal authorization to work remotely from Singapore is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

Experience in blockchain firms, fintech enterprises, consulting agencies, cryptocurrency exchanges, tech companies, financial institutions, recruitment agencies, or Web3 startups.
Background in consulting, product operations, business analysis, project coordination, market research, partnerships, customer success, compliance, finance, or technology roles.
Familiarity with analytics and project tools like DefiLlama, Dune, Token Terminal, CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, Etherscan, TradingView, Notion, Jira, Trello, Airtable, Excel, Google Sheets, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
Understanding of stablecoins, digital payments, tokenized assets, DeFi, blockchain infrastructure, wallet integrations, smart contracts, and Web3 product economics.
Experience producing consulting deliverables: reports, presentations, strategic plans, market analysis, business cases, product requirements, or roadmaps.
Knowledge of Singapore’s fintech, digital asset, tech, startup, or professional service ecosystems.
Academic background in business, finance, economics, information systems, computer science, marketing, law, communications, or related disciplines.
