Role Overview

• Manage receipt and processing of incoming materials, storing them appropriately.
• Pick materials accurately from assigned storage locations.
• Prepare materials by picking and packing into cartons, including labeling per customer specifications.
• Organize packed cartons onto pallets and assist with outbound shipments.
• Conduct internal warehouse tasks such as cycle counts, handling scrapped items, and processing returns.
• Participate in various warehouse functions as needed through cross-deployment.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
• Engage in Continuous Improvement programs to enhance processes.
• Adhere strictly to all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures set at the site.
• Provide support to Site and Production teams as necessary.
• Work in assigned shifts and be willing to work overtime when required.
• Physically handle loads up to 20 kg safely.
• Key performance indicators include daily volume fulfillment, productivity, quality, adherence to 5S and housekeeping standards, and compliance with work instructions and procedures.

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Preferably possess minimum one year of experience in warehouse or production operations.
• Capability to work 12-hour shifts, including day and night rotations.
• Familiarity with inventory and logistics software such as SAP Warehouse Management (SAPWM) is advantageous.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, goods hoists, label printers, office printers, and RF scanners.
• Educational requirement: Primary/Secondary School or "O" Level qualification in any discipline.
• Strong teamwork orientation and good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with a quality-focused and positive mindset.
• Hardworking and committed to exceeding expectations when necessary.
• Flexible to support overtime based on business needs.
