About the Role
foodpanda is a leading on-demand food delivery platform in Singapore, connecting customers with thousands of favourite restaurants and delivering food quickly to homes and offices. The company is hiring Fulfillment Associates to support the day-to-day running of its warehouse operations in Singapore. This position is based onsite and reports to the Store Manager.
Working Pattern
You will be expected to work rotating shifts on a 12-hour schedule. Day shifts run from 7:00am to 7:00pm, while night shifts run from 7:00pm to 7:00am. The roster follows a repeating cycle of 3 days on and 4 days off, then 4 days on and 3 days off. Shift coverage may include weekdays, weekends, days, and nights.

What You’ll Do
- Pick, scan, and pack online grocery orders accurately and within the required time.
- Receive incoming stock and replenish items across the store as needed.
- Maintain inventory records, support efficient stock movement, and keep counts accurate.
- Help coordinate the daily allocation of work for other pickers.
- Follow workplace safety rules and food handling requirements at all times.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a self-motivated person who can work independently in a busy environment. You should be comfortable handling non-halal items such as pork, able to use mobile devices and other digital tools with ease, and confident communicating in English. Experience in warehouse or retail work is helpful, and familiarity with warehouse or inventory systems will be an advantage. Knowledge of 5S practices is also useful and should be applied in daily work habits. The role also requires dependable attendance and flexibility to work across stores within the cluster based on roster and operational needs.

The warehouses are air-conditioned, modern, and do not involve machinery. The work environment is described as friendly and fast-paced. There are various shift patterns available, including weekday, weekend, day, and night assignments.
