Warehouse Assistant

Role overview

You will join the warehouse function at Quadrep Marketing (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore, supporting storage, packing, receiving, and outbound dispatch activities. The role also involves helping to ensure that customer orders are delivered on time and reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities

• Inspect inbound shipments and verify that goods received match the packing list or delivery order.
• Support the picking and packing process for goods going out for delivery.
• Put stock away correctly, keep an eye on inventory levels, and perform cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
• Handle goods carefully and follow all required safety procedures.
• Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to help achieve operational targets.

Requirements

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience working in warehousing or logistics.
• Comfortable using basic IT tools, including data entry for stock records and delivery documents in ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and good basic organisational ability.
• Able to work well with colleagues in a busy, fast-moving environment.
