Role Summary
This position focuses on building a high-quality customer base, promoting suitable banking products, and delivering prompt, accurate service at the branch level. The role also calls for maintaining strong branch presentation standards and handling customer issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring in new quality customers and promote additional banking products as required by the bank.
- Process customer service requests accurately, on time, and without errors.
- Address customer issues using the provided guidelines and escalate cases quickly whenever needed.
- Ensure the branch presents a strong and professional visual impression to customers.
- Deliver a strong service experience to existing customers and use referrals to grow the customer base.
- Sell deposit products and fee-based products to deepen customer relationships and improve market share.
- Work on strengthening customer relationships through proactive sales efforts.
- Keep knowledge updated on the bank’s products as well as competitor offerings.
- Stay informed about market movements and product trends in the banking sector.
- Take on any other duties assigned by the bank from time to time.

Additional Information
This is a walk-in hiring opportunity for the Relationship Manager role in Hisar, India. The listed compensation is INR 3,00,000 to 6,50,000 per year.
