Role Overview
We seek a polite and energetic Waiter to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests enjoy their time dining.
Key Duties
- Greet and courteously seat guests upon arrival.
- Introduce the menu and clarify details regarding food and beverage options.
- Accurately record customer orders and serve them promptly.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and attend to any requests.
- Maintain cleanliness by clearing tables and tidying the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes.
- Prepare bills and handle payments when required.
- Adhere to hygiene, food safety protocols, and company policies.
- Support opening and closing operations of the restaurant.
Qualifications & Skills
- Completion of high school or equivalent education.
- Prior experience in hotel or restaurant service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer service aptitude.
- Ability to work in shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Team-oriented with a positive and cooperative mindset.
- Basic proficiency in English is beneficial.
Additional Information
Monthly compensation ranges from 15,000 to 35,000 INR depending on experience and role.
