About the Role

We are seeking polite and professional Waiters/Stewards to join our team at Kalari Kari Virundhu in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. This role is open to both freshers and experienced individuals passionate about providing excellent customer service in a hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to customers with professionalism and courtesy.
• Accurately record food and beverage orders.
• Efficiently serve meals and drinks to guests.
• Keep tables clean and maintain proper setup standards.
• Have a good understanding of the menu and explain dishes to guests as needed.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Address customer requests promptly to guarantee satisfaction.
• Adhere strictly to hygiene, grooming, and service protocols in the restaurant.
• Support colleagues especially during peak periods, fostering a positive workplace atmosphere.

Additional Information
